Soyuz TMA-17 Lands


The Russian Soyuz TMA-17 spacecraft touched down from the International Space Station on at about 11:25 a.m. ET (9:25 a.m. local time Wednesday) on the central steppes of Kazakhstan in Central Asia, reports MSNBC, Cnet News, and the Associated Press. The crew appeared in good spirits and excellent health after 163-days in orbital space.

The Soyuz TMA-19 space station replacement crew will launch to the International Space Station on June 16, 2010.
