Japanese Spacecraft Fails Orbit at Venus?

The Japanese mission control center in Sagamihara, Japan had trouble re-establishing communication with the "Akatsuki" or "Dawn" spacecraft after it swung behind the planet Venus endeavoring to achieve plantary orbit. JAXA resolved communication but the Japanese space agency still hasn't determined whether the probe has settled into the proper orbit, according to Stephen Clark of Spaceflightnow.com.
