Agate Close Ups

Yesterday was a cold, rainy spring day. My least favorite time to go outside and exercise is when it is raining with temperatures in the mid-30s. So instead I decided to stay in all day and work on the online rockhounding adventure research. The research is progressing faster than I expected. Another day or two and I am going to start on the design process.

Since I didn't get out, I dipped into some of the first photographs that Tom Shearer took for me two years ago. It is fun to examine the agate photographs and find little sections of agates that are truly nature's art.
