When we had a great sunset the other night, I didn't take time to drive down to the beach and just snapped a few photos from my front porch. Since the trees are starting to leaf out, this will be the last time I can get these silhouette shots.
While visiting friends at the Grand Marais condominiums the other night, I saw just how low the water level of Lake Superior is this year. The remains of the old lumber docks are much more evident than usual. I heard that lake levels are down seven inches from last year alone.
