Soyuz Monoply May Raise Seat Prices

Jeff Manber argues that the Russians can raise Soyuz seat prices for American NASA astronauts to orbit but the only way to curb such increases, says Manber, is to bring in the Chinese launch capability into partnership and for the United States build commercial rockets faster.
