A 3-Day Window for Endeavour?

NASA is now hoping to launch the Space Shuttle Endeavour in a three day window from Tuesday, May 10 to Thursday, May 12, 2011 to the International Space Station.

"Based on the assessment today, NASA is tentatively targeting the STS-134 launch for Tuesday, May 10th, 2011, at approximately 11:20 am Eastern time,” Brett Silcox, a member of NASA’s legislative affairs team advised members of Congress and their aides on Monday.

A May 10th launch “is dependent on the results of repairs being conducted at the launch pad and the planned Atlas V rocket launch from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station on Friday, May 6th,” he wrote. “NASA engineers will make a determination late on Friday, May 6th about the feasibility of a May 10th launch date.”
