The Russian space agency Roscosmos has now officially delayed the Phobos-Grunt spacecraft to to study and return samples from the Martian moon Phobos along with the Chinese Mars orbiter. The United States had previously delayed the Mars Science Laboratory mission [video] to 2011 too.
