There is a growing cleveage of opinion between civil and commercial space advocates as to American human spaceflight strategies involving commercial launch providers and the in-house NASA ride. But there is one matter that everyone seems to agree: MORE MONEY NEEDED. Former NASA Administrator Mike Griffin put the federal budget decline in stark stark terms noting that NASA's annual budget has suffered a 20 percent decline in real dollars since 1994.
