While the space shuttle Discovery awaits lift-off to the orbiting space station, Robert Block, a space journalist with The Orlando Sentinel, writes while program extension proponents may want to add three more space shuttles to the manifest, but there are no significant payload in-process to fly. But commercial space pioneer Jeffrey Manber certainly may have bold ideas for payloads starting with STS-131. He will be looking for commercial launch services for future NanoRacks in the near-term 2011 after watching the Discovery take to flight Monday from the space center in Florida.
