The U.S. Defense Department Operationally Responsive Space (ORS) Office’s ORS-1 satellite will launch aboard a Minotaur-1 rocket from the commercial Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport co-loctaed at the NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia in April 2011.
