A View from Mars: Earth, Jupiter and Venus

From the surface of the red planet Mars, recent observations provide a view of the Earth, Jupiter and Venus (top down) in the sky. The moon may sometimes be seen orbiting the Earth in clear Martain skies. In the not-so-distant future, a human trek to the moon, Mars, or even the moons of Jupiter, will be a bold experience much like an 18th century trek from America to Europe or Asia. Pack adequate supplies for the extended trip!
